CONTENT AND KEO INK FIRST LOOK DISTRIBUTION DEAL FOR NEW SCRIPTED PROGRAMMING

Global entertainment company Content Media Corporation (Content) today announced a first look agreement with leading UK indie KEO Films Limited (KEO).  As factual specialist KEO steps into the scripted content arena, the deal will see both companies working together to jointly develop scripted material, with Content having first look distribution rights to represent the programming on the international stage.

With a number of projects already in development, the new agreement applies to the development, production and exploitation of scripted drama programming.
